Program Description
Wood Windows Inc of Garden City, Idaho sends conversational and informational text messages to customers and prospective customers who have agreed to receive them. Messages include: responses to your inquiries and missed calls, quote and estimate coordination, appointment scheduling and day-before reminders, arrival (“on our way”) notifications, service and warranty updates, and follow-up after completed work, including an occasional invitation to review your experience.
How You Opt In
You receive messages only if you: (1) check the SMS consent box when submitting the quote form on woodwindowsinc.com, (2) text or call us first and we respond regarding your inquiry, or (3) give us your mobile number and ask us to text you about your project. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
