How it works

Get your personal link
Sign up with your name and phone number. You'll get a link and QR code that are yours alone.

Share it with anyone
Text it to a friend, neighbor, or family member. They get $500 off a project of $5,000 or more, plus the same free in-home estimate you did.

Get paid when their project is complete
Once their windows or doors are installed, we send you $200 for a project of $5,000 or more, or a $25 thank-you for a smaller one. There's no limit on how many people you can refer.

Is there a minimum project size?+
Yes. The full reward and your friend's discount apply to projects of $5,000 or more. If your friend's project is smaller, you still get a $25 thank-you.
Do I have to be a Wood Windows customer?+
No. Customers, neighbors, realtors, and friends of the company can all refer.
When do I get paid?+
Once your friend's project is complete. You'll get a text as they book their estimate, when they sign, and when the install wraps, so you always know where things stand.
How do you pay me?+
Venmo, PayPal, a check, or a gift card, whichever you choose when you sign up.
What if my friend just calls instead of using my link?+
Have them mention your name when they call. We'll make sure you get the credit.

Program terms
- The $200 reward and $500 friend discount apply to projects of $5,000 or more; smaller projects earn the referrer a $25 thank-you.
- New customers only. The referral must come before their first estimate, through your link or by mentioning your name.
- Rewards are paid once the referred project is complete and paid in full.
- One reward per household. You can't refer yourself or someone at your address.
- The friend discount can't be combined with other discounts or promotions.
- We may change the program at any time. Referrals already in progress keep the reward they were offered.
- Referral rewards may be reportable income; we'll ask for a W-9 when required.
